The Internal GPS Beacon is a small, lightweight Bluetooth beacon designed to work seamlessly with TrackMe personal mobile alarms and pet trackers. Simply install it at home or office and it automatically detects whether the wearer is at home or away — giving caregivers and monitoring centres accurate, real-time context without any manual input.
As a bonus, the EW-03 BLE Beacon actively extends the battery life of paired TrackMe devices by optimising their location update frequency based on proximity. With a built-in temperature sensor, it quietly monitors the environment and sends data straight to your monitoring centre or mobile phone.
How It Works:
A Bluetooth beacon is a small wireless device that works based on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). It repeatedly and securely sends out a signal at regular intervals that other devices can detect. When a paired TrackMe device enters its range, the location is automatically uploaded as a Beacon location — providing accurate indoor positioning without GPS.
